Select Stars Job Profile Worksheet
The Select Stars Job Profile Worksheet is a software design process that enables management to develop a job suitability benchmark for any position. It is recommended that the worksheet be completed by all available managers familiar with the job.
In combination with a current and thorough job description, this profile may be the basis for “matching” the best candidates with the position. This worksheet may also be used for Profiling the Stars, a proprietary methodology for assessing the top performers in a job category and matching qualities of new hires against the stars.
Hiring managers should review and update this benchmark and the position description each time the process is used.
